By downloading or using GroceeList, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
GroceeList is a personal grocery list management app. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without written permission from Appswij.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
Free & Pro Features
GroceeList offers a free tier with core features and a Pro tier with additional features including Home Screen Widgets and Backup & Restore. Pro features are available through an in-app purchase processed by Apple's App Store.
Subscription pricing and feature availability may change. We will notify users of significant changes through app updates.
Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be submitted through Apple's App Store. Appswij does not process refunds directly.
Your Data
Your grocery data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. Appswij is not liable for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or app uninstallation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
GroceeList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appswij shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GroceeList.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of GroceeList after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
